In the case of Advance booking, customers have to pay a token amount of the freight via NEFT / IMPS / PAYTM to confirm the booking. Once the truck arrives at the pickup location, customers have to pay 80% or 90% of the total cost at the time of loading and the balance at the time of arrival before unloading.
You can definitely do so. However, extra costs for the extra point of delivery or pick-up will be levied accordingly. Our team will provide you with the additional cost incurred at the time of booking.
